Optimal Access Inc. brings you products that simplify information management tasks on any device. Many organizations manage and organize their information structures and even though the needs of organizations are different, their user demands have a common thread -- they want to have their desktops set up the way they want.

Karan Bavandi, CEO and Co-Founder, discusses the Optimal Access product line that gives users the ability to set up their desktops to fit the way they work. Their signature program, Optimal Desktop, uses a MATRIX tabbed interface (Optimal Desktop portals) to give users easy access to hundreds of favorite destinations with 3 clicks or less. Optimal Desktop users can share hundreds of links organized in Optimal Desktop portals. Optimal Desktop's Mobile Edition lets users carry their desktops on removable USB drives. Then there is Optimal Archive, which is integrated with Optimal Desktop and Mobile Desktop or as a standalone program, that lets you view the structure of your zip-file in the explorer tree - launch applications from inside the zip file, and drag and drop files from and to the zip file with ease.
