For over fifteen years, Merit Software has been a leader in children’s educational software. Merit Software focuses on providing the core competencies for students in grades 3 and up.

CEO, Ben Weintraub discusses the latest releases to help your child boost their grades and, more importantly, really understand the basics they will need for the rest of their lives. Each Merit Software program includes four sections to pre-test it, practice each principle, practice multiple concepts, then a final section to evaluate and report progress. The new Fraction Shape-Up contains 512 math problems and 1250 questions pertaining to common fractions, improper fractions, mixed numbers and more. The Reading and Comprehension Booster emphasizes word relationships, main ideas, and logical sequences of sentences. Read and Respond Punch teaches vocabulary, comprehension, writing, organizing, revising, and proofreading skills. Programs for older students are excellent practice aids when studying for SAT and ACT exams.
